Kingman Animal Hospital is seeking a Hospital Assistant to join our team!

Our Kennel team plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our patients, clients, and staff. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their attention to detail and enjoy keeping spaces spotless and well-organized.

In this role, your primary focus will be on housekeeping and sanitation throughout the hospital. Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting kennels, treatment areas, and common spaces, ensuring all areas are well stocked and orderly, and supporting a safe, hygienic environment for animals and staff.

You will also assist the veterinary team as needed with animal care, such as providing fresh water, walks, and monitoring for any health or behavioral changes-documenting observations with care and accuracy.

This is a part-time position , with a 2 pm - 6 : 30 pm schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.

Minimum qualifications and skill set :

  • 1+ years of kennel or animal handling experience
  • Commitment to a career in veterinary medicine with ongoing training
