The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. As the first and last point of contact for clients, strong communication skills and punctuality are essential. Prior service experience is a plus, but a passion for exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn are key. Growth opportunities are abundant in this dynamic role.More about the roleEnsure safe and timely delivery and pickup of client vehiclesmunicate proactively, professionally, and courteously with clients.Uphold CDC standards for contactless/sanitary vehicle handling, including PPE use.Address and escalate client concerns as needed.Maintain vehicle inventory by cleaning, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries when necessary.Shuttle vehicles between locations and service areas.Keep the lot clear and accessible for customers.Perform additional duties as assigned.What we look forMaintain a positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends.Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to follow instructions accurately.Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.(Optional) Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.(Optional) Basic mechanical skills, such as jump-starting a battery or changing a tire.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance optionsShort-term and Long-term disability insurance 401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off and holiday leaveOpportunities for professional development and growthRoda is an equal opportunity employer.
