Kitchen Manager - Traveling - Convenience Store Restaurant

Kitchen Manager for Convenience Store Quick Service Restaurant. This position does not report to any single location. This position requires daily traveling to any of our 11 locations in lower Mississippi ranging from Natchez to Hattiesburg.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team! Your responsibilities would consist of, but not limited to :

• Prep and Prepare food
• Serving
• Maintaining knowledge of food ingredients and recipes
• Maintaining and keeping a clean organized area
• Ensuring we follow all Food Safety Guidelines
• Completing proper maintenance off all equipment
• Hiring and maintaining staff
• Weekly ordering and controlling inventory
• Working efficiently with General Manager
• Learn multiple positions within the store
