We have a tremendous opportunity for a commercial loan documentation specialist with a $5B - $10B bank. This is an addition to staff to handle expected loan growth. The bank is open to someone to be located in Indiana, Chicago, or Denver.

Essential Functions

The incumbent will administer processes required to support the creation, review, closing and perfection of moderately complex to complex loan documentation and collateral for the Commercial Loan portfolio.

• Administer processes for transmittal, review, retention, and monitoring of loan documents in the commercial lending portfolio, including, but not limited to :

Review and understand commercial loan terms, conditions and financial components as detailed in credit approval documents.
