When the plant starts humming, you’re the one who keeps it that way. You’ll walk the floor, check the health of injection and blow molding lines, review overnight CMMS entries, and prioritize preventive work. A tooling change is scheduled? You’ll oversee the setup / teardown. A conveyor motor is running hot? You’ll diagnose whether it’s mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic and make it right—fast and safely. Before the day’s done, you’ll log work orders, fine-tune a robot pick-and-place, and collaborate with production to drive uptime and quality.

What you’ll tackle

• Execute preventive maintenance on injection and blow molding machines, auxiliaries, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults to restore equipment performance.
• Handle machine setup and teardown, including tooling changes and adjustments.
• Maintain and repair automation : conveyors, robotics, and pick-and-place equipment.
• Partner with production teams to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.
• Assist with installs and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Document work orders, PMs, and parts consumption accurately in the CMMS.
• Uphold safety procedures and sustain a clean, organized work area.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for safety, reliability, and throughput.
• Participate in on-call rotation; respond to emergency breakdowns as needed 24 / 7.
