POSITION SUMMARY

At  GCI Security , we don't just post guards — we empower officers to protect with purpose.  Armed Security Officers  at GCI Security are trusted to uphold the highest standards of protection in environments where safety and accountability matter most. In this role, you'll provide a strong, visible presence at high-risk or high-value sites, helping to deter crime, support client peace of mind, and respond decisively to potential threats. Our armed officers are trained professionals who understand that presence alone is not enough — clear communication, sound judgment, and unwavering professionalism are essential.

Starting Pay : $19.00-22.00 per hour  (depending on site and experience) with unlimited long-term earnings potential as part of GCI's  Fast-Track Leadership Program .

For those ready to step up, this role is designed to be a launchpad — not a landing spot. Our goal is to develop field leaders, mobile supervisors, trainers, and even future executives from within. We're building a team of growth-minded professionals, not just shift-fillers. New to security? No problem.  GCI Security proudly welcomes individuals who are new to the security field. If you don't yet have a security license, we'll guide you through the process and even reimburse your licensing fees during your first three months with the company. GCI officers new to the security field will begin their career at an unarmed post.
