Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to customers by understanding their needs and assisting them in locating, demonstrating, and selecting merchandise.
• Merchandising : Collaborate with vendors and ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe's specifications. Build relationships with store teams and communicate project needs effectively.
• Product Management : Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution. Ensure products are stocked and presented according to planogram standards.
• Store Cleanliness and Safety : Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Handle trash and debris, perform repairs, and report any maintenance issues.
• Operational Tasks : Operate store equipment safely and effectively. Audit pricing labels and signage for accuracy.
• Additional Duties : Complete all assigned tasks efficiently, including the review and entry of task completion details.
