You'll be responsible for providing attentive, efficient, and friendly service across our shuffleboard courts, arcade, bar, restaurant, and patio areas. Your goal is to enhance the guest experience by delivering high-quality service and fostering a welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities:Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information about our shuffleboard games, arcade options, food and drink offerings, and special promotions.Order Management: Accurately take food and drink orders, suggest menu items, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly, ensuring that all orders meet our quality standardsmunication: Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff, bar personnel, and management to ensure efficient service and address any guest concerns or special requests.Guest Interaction: Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere by interacting with guests, answering questions, and handling any issues that arise with professionalism and courtesy.Cleanliness and Organization: Keep work areas, tables, and the patio tidy and organized. Ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked and available.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and check IDs as required.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in a server or similar role in a high-energy environment is preferred but not required. We're willing to train the right candidates.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Knowledge: Basic understanding of food and beverage pairings, and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.Attributes: Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry trays, and handle a high volume of orders.
