Descripción del trabajoExperience : 10+ years in sales operations and / or sales or account management Mission Critical Power experience preferred . Leadership Experience : 5+ years managing multi-functional teams. Sales Ops Toolkit Mastery : CRM, CPQ, analytics, KPI tracking, pricing governance, and process optimization. Execution-Focused Management : Strong operational delivery skills aligned to leadership-defined strategies. Customer Focus : Ability to maintain and grow customer relationships. Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret complex data and drive process improvements. Understands how data can be collected, structured and processed and analysed to generate business insights for GTM and financial impact. Communication : Clear and effective communication across technical and nontechnical audiences. Bachelors degree in engineering is required; MBA preferred. Position Description : Director of Sales Operations & Application Engineering
Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role combines responsibility for Application Engineering and Sales Operations. The Director manages Application Engineers, a Data Analyst, and Customer Sales Support staff to deliver sales process excellence. This is a management role focused on executing strategies defined by senior leadership, with a strong emphasis on operational delivery, sales operations toolkit mastery, and AI-enabled process improvement.
Primary Duties :
- Bid and Proposal Management : Lead the team to deliver competitive, timely proposals.
- Pricing Governance : Ensure compliance with pricing strategy, manage DOA approvals, and track profitability KPIs.
- CRM & CPQ Implementation : Drive the business case, specification, and design of a new CRM and CPQ system; oversee implementation and optimization.
- Process & KPI Management : Execute pipeline management, account planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Customer Feedback to Product Management : Provide structured customer input to inform product strategy.
