Role Overview
The Financial Analyst supports budgeting, financial forecasting, supply chain, demand planning, and analytical procedures to help maximize the company's financial performance and operational efficiency. This role provides business insights to support data-driven management decisions and helps drive new business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and models under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support cash flow and liquidity planning, collaborating with finance leadership.
- Conduct basic business and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Help gather and organize data for benchmarking industry best practices and performance metrics.
Supply Chain & Demand Planning Support
Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to inventory, purchasing, and branch-level demand.Support demand forecasting and supply chain planning activities to optimize inventory levels and product availability.Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to provide financial insights for process improvements.Financial Reporting
Assist with monthly financial close processes, including variance analysis and identifying potential adjustments.Prepare and update financial management reports, including variance explanations and key performance indicators.Support scenario analyses and forecast updates as directed.Executive Support and Communication
Help prepare management information reports and dashboards to track progress toward company goals.Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and other stakeholders.Process Management and Coordination
Support communication of process, template, and timeline requirements for monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.Help improve internal processes and information exchange between departments.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Required :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role (internships and relevant coursework count).Familiarity with accounting software and financial analysis techniques.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Dynamics Finance & Operations and Power BI is a plus.Basic understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively.Analytical mindset with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.Preferred :
