• Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm with flexible scheduling
• 15 - 20 patients per day
• Telehealth option with 8 - 12 hours in office weekly
• Mostly telehealth patients with some in-office physicals
• Diagnosing and managing high blood pressure and diabetes required
• Adult patients 18+ years of age
• Can be split into two blocked days for flexibility
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
