Descripción del trabajo???? Role Summary ???? Primary Responsibilities Oversee the facilities team to ensure productivity and compliance, while covering and area yourself Oversee the maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment, kitchen systems, dining areas, drive-thrus, and exterior property features. Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for repairs, janitorial services, and waste removal. Lead facilities support for new store builds, remodels, and closings with minimal impact to daily operations. Ensure regulatory compliance with health codes, ADA requirements, fire safety, and food safety standards across all sites. Implement systems to track work orders, asset lifecycles, and vendor performance. ???? Requirements Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction, Hospitality, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience managing facilities for a multi-unit quick-service or fast casual restaurant brand. Deep understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, and small-footprint layouts. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize urgent requests across locations. Strong budget management, negotiation, and vendor oversight skills. Ability to travel frequently between locations.
