We are seeking a General Manager who is an independent thinker. This individual can cast a vision for the teams performance, works well under pressure and likes to handle many tasks at once. Our leadership team will allow you to drive the company and get paid well into six figures based on your net contributions.
General Manager
Compensation : $150k - $250k+ total compensation (base + bonus)
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from driving operational excellence to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing profitability. You'll be expected to recruit and coach team members, develop a business plan to achieve profitability goals, and monitor financials / operations of the office.
Serving others in their time of need is not easy. You will need to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and find ways to contribute to the business. Our team puts emphasis into living our vision, mission, and values to be more than just a service provider Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2+ billion in business over the next two years.

This position will require up to 25% local travel to jobs sites, trainings, and company events (as needed).
