**Job Title: Member Service Representative**

As a Member Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued members, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You will play a significant role in assisting members with their inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing exceptional service that enhances member satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable contact for member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and member benefits.
- Resolve member issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Update and maintain member records with a keen attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Assist with new member onboarding and facilitate smooth enrollment processes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improved member experiences.
- Participate in regular training to stay informed about product updates and service enhancements.
- Contribute to a supportive and engaging team environment, sharing insights and best practices.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
