Key Responsibilities

Conduct validation research using various resources to address customer queries

Partner with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and update sales orders as necessary

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Oracle / Salesforce experience preferred

Ability to work independently and analyze data from multiple sources
