Overview :

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, located in Norfolk, VA, is hiring a Unit Coordinator RN for the Neuroscience Unit.

This position is a full-time night shift position.

The Unit Coordinator RN d emonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for the assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager, leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promote excellent (Gold Standard) customer service.

• Registered Nurse - (BSN)Bachelor's Degree Required
• Master's degree preferred
