Legal Contracts Manager

A leading biopharmaceutical company is currently seeking a skilled Legal Contracts Manager. This role involves overseeing contract management processes and providing essential legal support within the organization.

About the Opportunity :

This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity, ensuring a transition to a permanent role after a successful 3-4 month contract. Candidates should be aware of the following role specifics :

Hybrid in Conshohocken, PA (3 days on-site)

Standard business hours (35-40 hours per week)

Setting : Professional services environment

Responsibilities :

The Legal Contracts Manager will be responsible for :

Managing contract review and approval processes

Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Providing guidance on contract management policies

Negotiating terms and conditions with clients and vendors

Maintaining accurate contract records and documentation

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in contract management or a related legal field and / or healthcare experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry

Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field

Certified Contracts Manager (CCM) or similar certification is preferred

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Comprehensive understanding of contract law

Excellent negotiation skills

Effective communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Desired Skills :

Experience with contract management software

Master's degree in law or business administration

Additional certifications in contract management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
