We are currently looking for a program supervisor for our Bloomington and Rosemount sites!

This specialized Group Home Supervisor / Designated Coordinator position will provide oversight for our 13-bed apartment-style group home setting. They will provide training, supervision and support to the Direct Support Professional staff at that location. Additionally, the Supervisor will coordinate, lead and evaluate services provided at each location for the individuals supported by the program. Supervisors are responsible for oversight and compliance with 245D licensing requirements for their assigned location. This is an hourly non-exempt, full-time position, and will require direct care depending upon the needs of the site.

• Core schedule will be 10am-6pm Mon-Fri. Flexibility is required as the supervisor may need to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to provide for needs of the site

Starting Salary : $25-$26 hourly

Benefits : Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life / LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.

Requirements for this position include 1 of the following :

A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required of every employee as you will be required to drive either a company vehicle or your own vehicle to perform certain job responsibilities.

Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check. Continued employment will be contingent on a cleared background study and a satisfactory MVR.
