Java Technical Lead

A company is looking for a Java Technical Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of scalable Java applications and backend services

Oversee solution architecture, code quality, and production readiness while guiding teams in modern engineering practices

Drive Agile execution, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure technical and business alignment with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot

Experience in building scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed backend platforms

Expertise in CI / CD, cloud deployment, and performance tuning

Solid background in leading multiple engineering teams or managing managers
