Florida Licensed Care Manager RN

A company is looking for a Care Manager RN to support Ambetter Marketplace members remotely in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate member needs and recommend care plans to address barriers to accessing appropriate care

Develop ongoing care plans and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care

Provide education and resource support to members and their families regarding healthcare options and benefits

Required Qualifications

Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing

2 - 4 years of related experience in case management, home health, or managed care

Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure or compact state licensure required

Clinical background in an acute care setting

Must reside in the state of Florida
