Quality Technician : Rockford , Illinois

Our customer in Rockford, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Quality Technicians to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for operating CMM equipment, performing inspections and testing, maintaining calibration systems, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and documentation.

Responsibilities of the Quality Technician :

• Program and operate CMM equipment, providing instruction and training to others.
• Perform advanced non-destructive testing (NDT), including magnetic particle testing.
• Maintain the instrument calibration system, ensuring all tools are calibrated and documented.
• Investigate returned products and document findings in the RGA database.
• Conduct inspections and generate quality documents like inspection reports and certificates of conformance.
• Support scrap / re-work processes and document corrective actions.

Quality Technician Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for Quality Technician : Starting at $25-36.25 / hour.

Quality Technician Benefits :

Type : 1st Shift, Full-time

Schedule : Monday - Friday from 6 : 00am - 3 : 30pm.
