Requirements :

EMR : Cerner\n\nRatios : 1 to 2 (treated as an ICU)\n\n# beds : 7-adult and peds (average daily census 4)\n\nWeekend Requirement : Every other weekend\n\nHolidays : 2 out of 3 holidays\n\nShift Notes : Nights, EOW, first to float
