On the St. Lawrence River

Full-time Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a team of dedicated providers!

  • The ideal candidate will be BE within 5 years of completing residency or BC.

Full time is 12, 12 hour shifts for 144 hours per month

  • ER :

    • 7a-7p or 7p-7a

  • 24 hours of physician coverage and 8 hours of APP coverage

    • APP shift :

    1p - 9p in the main ED

  • Physicians average 1.34 patients per hour

    • Significantly less-busy nights

  • Critical access hospital

    • Benefits :

  • Compensation :

    • $300 / hr

  • Signing Bonus - $50k for a 2 year contract
  • Student Loan Repayment

    • Location qualifies for the several loan repayment options

    Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program

  • NYS DANY grant program
  • Relocation - up to $15k
  • Paid CME - $4k per contract year
  • Paid Professional Fees - $2.5k per contract year
