Collections Representative

Our client in the DFW, TX area is seeking a temporary Collections Representative to assist their team.

The Collections Representative will have experience in the following :

Perform insurance medical billing collections and resolve claim denials

Call insurance providers, submit appeals, and manage authorizations to validate denied claims

Research and resolve denial issues and resubmit claims to insurance companies

Provide documentation to align appeals with contract agreements and policies

5+ years experience of hospital medical billing / insurance collections experience

2+ years of Epic software experience
