Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Working hours : 7PM - 7 : 30AM

Total Weekly Hours : 48

MS / Tele RN (Surgical / Ortho Unit) - 12 HR NIGHTS - Pikeville, KY

75 mile radius rule

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : ASAP

Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 48 HRs requirement - will not accept 36

Primary Location : Pikeville, KY

Shift Requirements : 12 HR Nights – NO BLOCKED SCHEDULING

Float Requirements : Med Surg / Tele units – will float throughout all in-patient areas. May be tasked as an aide if other units need assistance.

On Call / Call Back Requirements : N / A

Weekend / Holiday Requirements : every other weekend / holiday required unless given time off approval

Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal : KY / Compact RN License. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & NIHSS required.

EKG test required for all RN's, to be completed during the compliance process.

Minimum Experience : 1 year as RN in specialty. MUST have Level I or Level II Trauma experience.

Charting Experience Required : Care View / EPIC (effective June 1) preferred, will train on-site

Required Skillset : General Med / Tele. Must be able to read / interpret tele strips

Unit Information (Bed size, beds, Patient ratio) : 340 bed Level II Trauma Center. Patient ratio : 1 : 6. Beds : 15-45 beds depending on which unit you are on.

COVID Vaccine Requirements : Covid Vaccine required unless medical / religious declination is applicable. If declination is accepted, weekly testing is required at the traveler / agency expense & verification.

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
