Physician Assistant Neurosurgery (Providence Holy Cross Medical Center)

Providence Holy Cross Medical Center is seeking a full-time Neurosurgery physician assistant to join their team. This is an excellent, long-term growth opportunity to learn a tremendous amount from an experienced Neurosurgery team. This is a spine-focused practice that has some cranial cases and where you can expect a mix of OR and inpatient rounding along with clinical work. Quality patient interaction is the most important factor in this position as such the ideal candidate will have a friendly, approachable demeanor. • Monday to Friday schedule, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
• No call
• Mix of OR, inpatient rounding and clinic
• Spine-focused practice with some cranial
• OR / first assist experience as a PA or new graduates with surgical rotations during PA program required
• Compensation is between $161,213 and $220,186 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital / ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
