Clerical Employee Position
Need full-time clerical employee downtown Memphis on President's Island with Administrative Assistant experience. This position would need someone that can be flexible and adaptable, who has the qualifications and skills to perform a variety of different job duties.
Responsibilities
- Must be a multi-tasker, flexible and self-motivated
- Provide back up to existing employees; fully learning each clerical position
- Generate and maintain record keeping spreadsheets, inventory and planning of production
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and other mail room duties
- Package and ship samples via UPS and / or Fed Ex
- Fill in at Reception Desk for breaks and lunches, covering for PTO and special projects within the Corporate Office reporting to the Office Manager
- Other duties as assigned by management as the above list presents only the principal duties of the position. Duties and responsibilities may be changed or supplemented at any time in accordance with business needs
