Registered Nurse Job Details Location : Charleston, SC 29425 (South Carolina healthcare jobs) Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : December 15, 2025 – End : March 16, 2026) Shift : 3x12-hour day shifts (06 : 30 – 19 : 00) Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary : $1530-$1640 On-Call : Up to 4 call shifts every 4 weeks Weekend Requirement : Up to one weekend shift every 4 weeks Holiday Requirement : At least one major holiday period (Christmas or New Year’s) Floating : May float within scope to meet facility needs Charting : EPIC Scrub Color : Provided Parking : On-site garage with minimal registration fee Operating Room RN Qualifications Active South Carolina or Multi-State / Compact Registered Nurse license (required prior to start) BLS certification required Radiation badge (provided by agency) Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience (2 years preferred) Experience in Level I Trauma Center preferred Scrub experience strongly preferred Ability to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Willingness to float to similar units as needed Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions accepted) Registered Nurse Responsibilities Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical procedures : trauma, transplant, ortho, neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and robotics Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, academic hospital environment Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EPIC Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergency situations Float to other nursing units within scope as required Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism during hurricane season and emergency response situations Why Choose Charleston for Your Travel Nursing Job?
