Account Manager- Home Health

As an Account Manager you will work from our Covina office while also spending time in the field across your assigned territory. Youll build relationships with referral sources manage provider communication and oversee clinical staffing efforts. Youll also play a key role in interviewing and managing field clinicians assigned to your region. This position blends healthcare coordination business development and provider support.

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive home health referrals.
• Educate providers about Home Health Links services and coordinate ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with licensed clinicians (PT OT ST RN) to ensure timely staffing and visit compliance.
• Supervise and support Provider Support staff.
• Assist with interviewing onboarding and managing field clinicians in your territory.
• Track referral trends and operational performance; report progress to management.

Additional Information :

Compensation is commensurate with experience $50000-$55000k annually plus commission incentives.
