A company is looking for a Collections Specialist B.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable activities, including generating reports and preparing client-specific documentation
Develop relationships with clients to review and resolve open accounts and reduce delinquency
Conduct business correspondence and provide customer service regarding collection issues and discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of industry systems and processes
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
