Senior Account Representative

A company is looking for an Account Representative Sr.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and resolve payment discrepancies

Manage billing, collections, and adjustments for assigned accounts while maintaining compliance with policies

Identify recurring issues and provide training and mentorship to staff

Required Qualifications :

1 year of claims / billing / collections experience, 4 years in a business office, or a Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge of third-party billing and collection guidelines

Familiarity with ICD9, CPT4, HCPCS, and medical terminology is preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must maintain confidentiality and manage professional relationships
