Descripción del trabajoTuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only Weekend Differential Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am Weekend Option Days : WEO rates + weekend differential Weekend Option Nights : WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential New Increased Weekend Option Differential : $10.00 RN Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance PTO / Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Education : Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and / or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications : Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. Physical requirements / demands : Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Reading and posting telemetry strips IV insertions Catheter, trach, and ostomy care Wound care Chest tubes

Unit Information :
Surgical Trauma "3A" is a 33-bed unit, fast-paced med-surg telemetry unit which focuses on adult post- operative and trauma patients. Nurse patient ratios are : Days 5 : 1, Nights 6 : 1. On our unit we offer you the opportunity to develop excellent critical thinking skills as well as use a wide variety of clinical skills including :
