Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead and manage our nursing education program.

Responsibilities :

Ensure compliance with state board and accreditation standards

Supervise faculty and provide mentorship to instructional staff

Guide curriculum development and instructional quality

Monitor student outcomes and implement improvement strategies

Requirements :

Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required

Current RN license in Texas
