Contract Development Analyst

A company is looking for a Contract Development Analyst III responsible for creating member contract documents and conducting regulatory research.

Key Responsibilities

Create and analyze member contract documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards

Draft alternative language for regulatory materials and lead initiatives related to member documentation

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on health insurance products and analyze legislation affecting member materials

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Pre-Law, or related field; Master's Degree or Jurisprudence (JD) preferred

3+ years of regulatory experience in creating documentation and policy analysis

3+ years of experience in commercial health insurance or a highly regulated industry

3+ years of experience drafting and auditing member contract documentation

Understanding of policy issues impacting the healthcare sector preferred
