Overview
Under the general supervision of the CT Scan Manager, the Lead CT Technologist leads the performance of CT Scan procedures in a satellite unit, handling more challenging techniques such as Pediatrics. Responsibilities include clinical instruction, clerical tasks, and ensuring efficient CT workflow.

Experience
One year as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital radiology department plus one year of specialized CT training.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work in the CT Scan area or a small satellite unit with minimal noise and temperature discomfort. Exposure to radiation is controlled by safety procedures. Requires continuous standing, walking, pushing portable equipment, lifting and positioning patients, and occasional exposure to odors from processing equipment.
Pay Range
$44.90–$74.10 per hour.
