We are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our fast-paced manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Associate . This hybrid role blends hands-on sewing line operations with efficient packaging responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of production. You'll be instrumental in assembling USCC transportation tie-down products, packing orders with precision, and supporting continuous improvement across all operations.

Hours :

• Part-time : 4 : 00pm - 9 : 00pm

What's Expected :

To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members will begin their training in strap manufacturing / packing and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We produce a wide range of products, so attention to detail, and the ability to remain focused in a repetitive environment is critical.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to repeatedly lift 50lbs. This position at times requires repetitive hand and arm movement. Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, sitting, and squatting movements.

Primary areas of focus within our Manufacturing :

Tie Down (Strap Manufacturing)

Tie Down Packing

Cargo Nets

Nylon Slings

As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned at any time.

Equipment :

Ability to learn / operate powered industrial equipment, such as industrial sewing machines, cutters, winders, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
