Congruence Counseling Group is looking for dynamic part-time and full-time Clinical Therapists (LCSW(A) / LCMHC(A) / LMFT(A)) to join our team.

CCG is a growing private practice that provides outpatient individual and couples therapy for a diverse community of adults and adolescents with an eye towards inclusion and equity. The two clinician owners created a practice to create access to services in an environment that feels safe for diverse communities, to fill a gap that many experience in quality mental health services. We provide a workspace that welcomes and supports a diverse client base and provides quality training for the next generation of providers.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

• Fully licensed / Provisionally Licensed in North Carolina
• At least two (2) years of direct clinical counseling experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
