Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Support Clerk is responsible for gathering, assembling, checking, and filing financial data; maintaining financial records and ledger accounts; processing documents related to financial transactions; performing financial reconciliations and postings; checking invoices against purchase orders; and preparing end-of-month financial reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payment to vendors by checking accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and entering data into the system.
• Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation of end-of-month financial reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform job duties safely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
