• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a MedSurgical setting
• Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity as needed
• Availability for weekdays and some weekends, including holidays Qualifications :
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurgical setting
• Current BCLS certification
• Proficient in IV start and telemetry monitoring
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system Requirements :
• Ability to handle patient ratios of 1 : 4-5
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
