A company is looking for a Seasonal Tax Recruiter to assist with hiring tax professionals during the busy tax season.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting cycle for high-volume tax roles
Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent, focusing on passive candidates
Screen, assess, and select candidates to meet hiring needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter with a focus on tax professionals
Strong ability to identify and close high-performing candidates
Proactive approach to talent sourcing and engagement
Familiarity with ATS systems and data-driven recruiting
Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred
