This position involves working in an inpatient neonatal intensive care unit.

The candidate should have the ability to manage complex social situations and family dynamics.

The role requires the capability to communicate effectively with families in crisis.

Bereavement counseling is a part of the responsibilities.

Discharge planning to home is also required.
