Telehealth Program Manager (MA or NC)

A company is looking for a Telehealth Program Manager (MA or NC-Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multi-state virtual IOP and PHP programs, ensuring alignment with clinical standards

Provide clinical supervision and support professional development for virtual program clinicians

Ensure compliance with regulations and monitor program performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field

Active license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC) in MA or NC with at least 3 years post-independent practice

Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical virtual care management or program leadership

Proven track record in visionary leadership and team management

Proficiency with virtual care platforms and Microsoft Office
