Senior Manager, FP&A

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A (Plasma / Biologics).

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly close and forecasting, including variance analysis and management reports

Develop the annual budget and long-term financial planning

Collaborate with accounting and operations to enhance financial processes and reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Science, Mathematics or related disciplines

Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an FP&A environment

Strong data analytical, modeling, and quantitative skills

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
