Mobile Battery Installer / Delivery Driver :

(On-Site Automotive & Equipment Battery Replacement)

Battery Outfitters is looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined Mobile Battery Installer to join our team. In this role, youll travel to customer locations to diagnose battery issues, replace batteries on-site, and provide an exceptional service experience. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and helping people get back up and running quickly, this job is for you.

Were looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy helping others. Retail experience is a plus, but not requiredwere happy to train the right individual.

What Youll Do :

Travel to residential, commercial, and roadside locations to perform battery tests and installations

Diagnose battery and starting / charging system issues

Safely remove and install automotive, equipment, marine, or specialty batteries

Document services performed using a mobile app / tablet

Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and accurate inventory

Provide friendly, professional customer service at every job

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Represent the company with professionalism and reliability

What Were Looking For

Mechanical aptitude or experience with automotive / equipment repair preferred

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and carry up to 5075 lbs

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions

Solid communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Other Responsibilities include :

Test and install car, marine, watch, and other types of batteries

Answer phone calls and provide product and service information

Process sales transactions and handle returns professionally

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail space

Help receive and stock inventory

Deliver excellent service following our "I Promise" customer care model

What Were Looking For :

Ability to use basic tools or learn battery installations

Attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines

Previous retail or automotive service experience is a plus, but not necessary
