Commercial Counsel - England Licensed

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel (m / f / d).

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and technology agreements

Collaborate with Sales and Deal Desk to facilitate efficient deal execution

Provide legal guidance on product compliance and ensure adherence to relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or equivalent legal qualification

5+ years post-qualification experience, preferably in-house at a law firm or technology company

Strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, particularly in SaaS and technology agreements

Knowledge of EU and UK regulatory frameworks related to technology and data

Experience with intellectual property and technology-related legal issues
