Patient Population :  Telemetry, Respiratory, COVID 19, Pre / Post-Surgical, Geriatrics, Gastrointestinal

Patient Ratios : 1 : 5

Number of Beds : 24 beds

Department Specifics : 95% BSN, Diverse Workforce, Innovative and team-oriented, actively involved in shared governance, self-scheduling, strongly promote collaboration across all disciplines and create an atmosphere conducive to learning.

Shift :  Full time nights; 7pm-7am

Requirement : 2 years of recent hospital acute care RN experience

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare. Help patients and prevent issues. Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

MAJOR - Nursing

Requirement : 2 years of recent hospital acute care RN experience

Registered Nurse (RN)

Basic Life Support (BLS) : BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
