Agency Auditor

A company is looking for an Agency Auditor to lead the audit team in conducting audits of escrow accounts and title files, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct audits of escrow accounts and title files, assessing compliance with laws and company guidelines

Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to agents' management

Maintain effective communication with agents and agency managers, fostering professional relationships

Required Qualifications

Knowledge in IT, auditing, accounting, and title insurance

Experience in following audit procedures and preparing audit work papers in accordance with GAAP and U.S. GAAS

Ability to lead an audit team and handle multiple projects

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining professional relationships
