Demolition Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Demolition Supervisor to join a specialty demolition contractor team. The ideal candidate will oversee crews of 3-5 people on commercial projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead a team of 3-5 demolition workers.
• Perform hands-on demolition tasks including wall removal, floor cutting, and tearing up floors.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage tools, equipment, and materials required for demolition tasks.

Work Environment :

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. The role involves managing projects around Richmond, VA, with mileage reimbursement for projects located 50 miles or more outside the area.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
