Overview

Title : AEM Platform Maintenance & Support Specialist

Location : Raleigh, NC, Dallas, TX

Duration : 5 Months

The candidate is required to be on-site at the offices in Raleigh, NC, USA, or Dallas, TX, for two weeks each month. Candidates from Raleigh will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Adobe Cloud Manager for continuous integration and deployment (CI / CD), environment provisioning, and system monitoring.
• Conduct regular health checks on AEM author, publish, and dispatcher environments to ensure optimal performance and stability.
• Monitor system logs, metrics, and repository sizes, addressing any performance issues promptly.
• Manage deployments using Cloud Manager and external CI / CD tools, validating builds and troubleshooting failures as necessary.
• Coordinate with Adobe support for platform-level issues, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
