Die Cutter Operator

We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Die Cutter Operator to join o ur clients team in their manufacturing department. The successful person will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and successful manufacturing process.

Responsibilities :

• Operates Offline Die Cutter Machine to develop end-result printed material in accordance with customer specifications :
• Operate Die Cutter machine troubleshoot and monitor operation.
• Prepares Die Cutter by performing a variety of tasks to produce a consistent high quality product by adjusting the die and register for pressure and cutting.
• Perform a variety of make ready tasks for high productivity and precision operations resolves defects and adjustments to produce high quality product.
• Oversee General technicians working on equipment.
• Make adjustments clear jams while processing product maintaining speed and quality.
• Ensure efficient and rapid make ready with unloading and loading.
